Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at returns@3DLuxeStudios.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order once it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Custom and Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are made-to-order, customized, or personalized, we do not accept returns on custom products unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This includes, but is not limited to, special orders, personalized items, custom colors, custom sizes, custom text, or other buyer-requested changes.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, if it is eligible for return. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

For custom or personalized items, exchanges may not be available unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return under the EU cooling-off period.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
